Shipping Policy
We strive to process orders promptly, typically within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is valid for both UPS and USPS carriers. To avoid delivery issues, include specific instructions or clarifications in the notes section during checkout. Orders under $79 incur a $4.95 shipping fee; orders over $79 qualify for free shipping. Once an order is dispatched, modifications cannot be made. Please note that weekend orders may be processed over the weekend by our shipping team, but no changes can be made once marked as shipped. We use UPS Ground, SurePost, or USPS Priority shipping options at our discretion.
